Strategic land promoter Catesby Estates has sold a 5.6-acre development site off Longwater Road in Finchampstead, Wokingham, to Stonebond for an undisclosed price.
The fully consented development will provide 38 new homes, including affordable housing, generous public open space and integrated walking and cycling routes that connect the site directly to local services.
