CBRE has appointed Julie Ennis from Sodexo as head of UK occupier.
Ennis has more than 25 years’ experience in the banking and property services industries and spent more than 20 years at the Bank of Ireland. She joined Sodexo in 2019 and served as CEO of its €700m corporate services and energy and resources segments for the UK and Ireland.
In her new role, Ennis will be responsible for leading CBRE’s occupier strategies to drive continued growth across all aspects of the firm’s occupier business in the UK.
Guy Holden, managing director, advisory and transaction services, Europe at CBRE, said: “Julie joins us with decades of leadership experience, allowing her to truly understand the c-suite and their evolving business priorities. This, along with her notable professional accolades, including being awarded Image Magazine & PWC CEO of the Year at the 2022 Businesswoman of the Year Awards, makes her the ideal leader to propel our occupier growth strategy forward.”
Ennis added: “I’m delighted and honoured to be joining CBRE at such an exciting time of evolution. I look forward to bringing both my experience and passion to the team as we look to further drive the firm’s exciting growth ambitions, while continuing to deliver exceptional client outcomes.”
