CBRE has bolstered its industrial and logistics leasing and development advisory team with three new hires.
Chris Knight has joined as a senior director and Tom Erxleben has joined CBRE as an associate director from Cushman & Wakefield, and Chris Proctor has joined the firm as a director from Avison Young.
Knight has more than 30 years of experience and was a partner at Cushman & Wakefield working across the London and South East markets.
Erxleben spent more than eight years at Cushman & Wakefield, progressing from graduate surveyor to associate director, and Proctor spent the last three years as an associate director at Avison Young. Prior to this, he spent more than six years at FHP Property Consultants.
