CBRE has appointed Carl Potter from Avison Young to head up its Midlands and south development team.
Potter spent 39 years at Avison Young across numerous different roles, including national head of office agency, managing director of the Birmingham office and chair of the UK executive committee. He also led the company’s higher education, science park and life sciences initiatives.
In his new role, Potter will join Laura Loftus, James Carey – both former colleagues at Avison Young – Jack Jones and Jess Tovey in CBRE’s Birmingham development team.
