CBRE has bolstered its South West team with a number of new hires.
Richard Howell has joined the firm from Avison Young as a senior director in its capital markets team and Lee Halmshaw has also joined CBRE from Avison Young as a director in its rating division.
Further new starters include Stephen Golding (associate director) and Lauren Sporle (assistant surveyor) in the building consultancy team; Sophie Haslum, who joins as associate director in the development team; and Fraser Mitchell and Alistair Norman, who join the business as senior surveyors in CBRE’s property management team.
Howell (pictured) said: “I’m excited to join such a well-established team and to bring my expertise in finding new opportunities for investors across the region.”
Halmshaw added: “I’m looking forward to harnessing CBRE’s national knowledge as our team leverage our local market insights to support a number of organisations in the South West and South Wales on their rating requirements.”
