CBRE has appointed Rishi Bhuchar as CEO of the company’s UK and Ireland advisory business.
Bhuchar, who has served as co-head of the global real estate group at Jefferies since 2019, will join CBRE at year-end, succeeding Ciaran Bird, who is stepping down from the role. Prior to Jefferies, Bhuchar held senior positions at Deutsche Bank and MGPA.
