CBRE has recruited John Percy from Montagu Evans to lead the company’s public sector expertise in London and the South East.
At Montagu Evans, Percy was a partner in the development advisory service line. He is an expert in property strategy, partnerships and property development and has worked on many of the country’s highest profile development and regeneration projects.
In his new role, he will report to Martin Guest, CBRE’s head of public sector markets, and work alongside the company’s national network of public sector specialists.
