CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has promoted Frank Aalbers to the role of EMEA residential asset operations lead.
Aalbers has extensive experience across the European residential sector, having previously led the CBRE IM residential asset management teams in the Benelux region.
In his new role, Aalbers will oversee operational strategy and performance across CBRE IM’s residential portfolios, working closely with asset management, investment and operating partners to enhance resident experience, optimise asset performance and support long-term value creation for investors.
Marius Schoener, head of EMEA residential operator division at CBRE Investment Management, said: “Frank has been instrumental in developing and enhancing our residential operating platform.
