CBRE has promoted Tim Hamilton to the newly created role of chief growth officer for its UK occupier business.

In his new role, Hamilton will develop and implement CBRE’s UK occupier growth strategy, which will target new client business, grow market share and drive revenue.

He will also be responsible for continuing to develop and expand the firm’s client solutions function across all key occupier services.

Hamilton will report to Julie Ennis, who joined CBRE in May last year to head up the company’s UK occupier business.

Hamilton said: “CBRE has an outstanding occupier business, however there are still many opportunities to bring together the very best of CBRE to offer our clients truly differentiated outcomes. Our occupier clients continue to be challenged by their leadership to innovate and deliver more value and I believe we are perfectly positioned to support them through long term, trusted relationships.”
