CBRE has appointed Hannah Badger from Knight Frank as a director in the firm’s residential capital markets and investment properties team in Birmingham.
At Knight Frank, Badger was a partner in the residential investment team and specialised in trading income producing residential blocks and portfolios before moving to the BTR funding team.
At CBRE, she will help to grow the residential investment business, alongside Stuart Eustace (pictured left), in the multi and single family housing rental sector across the Midlands and South.
