CBRE has signed for 16,500 sq ft at Three Chamberlain Square at Paradise Birmingham for its new Birmingham office.
The firm has taken a 10-year lease on the first floor of Three Chamberlain Square and its 150-plus staff will move into the 189,000 sq ft, 10-storey building in the new year.
Designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (FCBS), Three Chamberlain Square has secured BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5* ratings at design stage.

The scheme is being brought forward by Paradise Circus Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Birmingham City Council and Federated Hermes Private Markets.
