CEG has completed a hat trick of leasing deals at the Crescent office scheme in Temple Quay, Bristol.
An unnamed technology business has taken a 3,000 sq ft suite, a professional services company has signed for 2,256 sq ft and pension and fund administration specialist JTC has taken a 2,086 sq ft suite. A lease is also being finalised with another professional services company on an additional 4,000 sq ft.
CEG has undertaken a £30m makeover of the scheme, delivering a rooftop expansion, new façade, gardens and new facilities.
