The new-build section of Hay Hall Business Park in Tyseley, Birmingham, has reached full occupancy following the completion of a flurry of lettings totalling 52,038 sq ft.
Core Padel has signed a 10-year lease on 19,399 sq ft; Together Logistics has taken 10,340 sq ft; ABL 1 Touch has committed to a 15-year lease on 10,346 sq ft; and an unnamed “major UK logistics company” has leased 11,953 sq ft on a five-year term.
The industrial site, which was developed and operated by FI Real Estate Management, is located close to Junction 6 of the M6 and Junction 1 of the M5.
