Chancerygate has reached practical completion on six new Grade A urban logistics developments totalling 687,000 sq ft spread across the UK.
The schemes, which are located in Knutsford and Congleton in Cheshire; Wigston, near Leicester; Brackley, South Northants; Witham, Essex; and Bournemouth, have a GDV of £115m.
At Novus in Knutsford (pictured), Chancerygate has completed nine units totalling 73,000 sq ft; in Congleton it has completed 10 units providing 45,000 sq ft of space; at Genesis Park in Wigston, it has delivered 15 units totalling 128,000 sq ft; and a Boundary43 in Brackley it has completed a 55,000 sq ft logistics scheme across 14 units.
Chancerygate has also completed the 10 unit, 59,000 sq ft Freebournes Park in Witham, Essex, and Bedrock Park in Bournemouth – a 16 unit scheme providing 193,000 sq ft, which it has developed in a joint venture with Hines.
