Chancerygate has completed a flurry of lettings and sales at its 128,180 sq ft Genesis Park logistics scheme in South Wigston, near Leicester.
Healthcare automation solutions and service provider Deenova has signed for a 6,000 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease. Deenova’s unit has been sold to Sandpiper Formulations Limited Pension Scheme for an undisclosed sum.
Key West Holdings has acquired Unit 5, which is let to healthcare company Fresenius Medical Care, for an undisclosed sum, and two further units have also recently been sold to owner occupiers at Genesis Park. The 9,000 sq ft Unit 1 has been sold to Personal Homecare Pharmacy and the 10,000 sq ft Unit 15 has been sold to F2 Medical Pension Scheme, both for undisclosed sums.
Five of the units at Genesis Park have now been either let or sold – the 6,750 sq ft unit 11 has also been placed under offer on a freehold basis – and the nine remaining units at the development, which range from 4,800 sq ft to 9,875 sq ft, are available on a freehold or leasehold basis.
