Chancerygate has submitted plans for 59,500 sq ft of Grade A urban logistics and industrial space on a 2.3-acre site in Clayton, East Manchester.
The £15m GDV Eastside scheme, which will be spec built, comprises nine units ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 14,000 sq ft available on a freehold or leasehold basis.
The site, which was formerly Walkers of Manchester’s printing facility, is located in Clayton under three miles east of Manchester city centre and two miles west of junction 23 of the M60 motorway. Chancerygate is targeting an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating for all of the units.
