Churchmanor Estates submits plans to expand Suffolk Business Park

Churchmanor Estates has submitted a planning application to expand Suffolk Business Park near Bury St Edmunds.

The proposed new £55m development will comprise seven business units providing 217,000 sq ft of distribution and storage space with the ability for up to 30% of the space to be used to accommodate ancillary office, R&D and light manufacturing uses.

Designed by LSI, the proposed scheme will provide units ranging from 20,000 sq ft up to 61,000 sq ft.
