Stanhope and Mitsubishi Estate London’s 8 Bishopsgate office development in the City of London is now nearly 95% let or under offer after Harmonic signed for 8,548 sq ft.
The company, which provides fund services and technology to clients in the alternative investments sector, has taken the space at Level 40 on a 10-year lease.
Following completion of the deal there are now only four floors available to lease in the building.
