Clearbell Capital has let a 25,811 sq ft unit to ATAC Solutions at its LOC8 scheme in Maidstone on a 10-year lease.
The company, which delivers advanced, sustainable water and wastewater treatment solutions across the UK, now occupies 38,156 sq ft at the site.
The additional space will enable ATAC Solutions to increase manufacturing capacity for its nutrients removal systems, improve equipment storage and deployment logistics, and expand its research and development capabilities for sustainable treatment technologies.
