Clowes Developments has secured planning consent for two units totalling 542,000 sq ft at Dove Valley Park in Foston, Derbyshire.
The development is being brought forward for an unnamed occupier. A revised proposal for the site’s Innovation Centre has also been approved. The facility will provide flexible meeting and collaboration space, informal breakout areas and access to landscaped external amenity space.
The centre, which will be operated by Dove Valley Park Management Company, will also feature a café/restaurant catering for employees and visitors.
