Cluttons has appointed Duncan MacIver from MAPP as the company’s new head of commercial.
MacIver spent seven years at MAPP as an executive director and head of property management (London) and prior to that he was a director in CBRE’s national portfolio and specialist markets team.
In his new role, he will be tasked with growing the company’s commercial management offering.
MacIver said “I am delighted to come back to Cluttons which is where I started my property career a number of years ago. Rejoining a heritage business such as Cluttons in this role was an obvious next step in my career. Coming on board to strategically grow the vision of the commercial business is something I am incredibly excited to be part of and allows me to use my 20 years of experience within the property industry.
“The market is seeing some extremely exciting opportunities and I look forward to working with the team and their clients to capture these and grow its already strong reputation and provide an excellent service.”
