Cluttons has hired Laura Dam Villena from Knight Frank as head of the company’s London residential agency business.
Dam Villena, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the prime London residential market, was a partner at Knight Frank and led the firm’s Hyde Park office for four years after setting up and running the company’s first office in Queen’s Park.
She takes over the reins from James Hyman, who is assuming a new strategic role which will see him strengthen and grow Cluttons’ UK residential investment service line alongside Jo Leverett. Chris Morris, who was recently promoted to head of London lettings, will support Dam Villena in her new role.
