Clyde Gateway has launched the search for a strategic partner to deliver Phase One of the Shawfield site at the regeneration scheme.
Phase One will provide a significant opportunity to deliver modern, innovation-led industrial space, reinforcing the area’s role as a nationally significant hub for advanced manufacturing, science and technology.
Clyde Gateway has already helped unlock more than £1.5bn of inward investment, and this latest announcement, which was made at UKREiiF, marks a step change with the scheme moving from long-term regeneration to a fully established, investable platform for high-growth sectors.
