Colliers has recruited Deirdre O’Reilly as the firm’s new UK head of industrial and logistics research.

O’Reilly began her research career in Dublin working for Sherry FitzGerald and Cushman & Wakefield, before moving to the UK to work for Knight Frank, where she has served as an associate partner in the firm’s commercial Insights team for the past five years.

Len Rosso, co-head of industrial and logistics at Colliers, said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming Deirdre to the department. We have an established track record of producing high quality insights into our market to help our clients stay informed as they make key decisions about their property portfolios. Deirdre has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate analysis across Ireland and the UK and we look forward to her joining our team, advising our clients on the latest trends and opportunities.”

O’Reilly added: “I’m really excited to be joining Colliers at a pivotal moment in the industrial and logistics team’s evolution as Len and James bring the agency, investment and strategic land specialisms together. I’m looking forward to unpicking the data we hold in-house, and leveraging the macroeconomic indicators shaping the sector, to support Colliers’ clients in making informed, data-driven decisions.”
