Colliers has bolstered its industrial and logistics team with two new hires.

Capital markets specialist James Fairweather has joined the firm from BNP Paribas Real Estate as co-head of the I&L department alongside Len Rosso and George Rosser has also joined Colliers as a director from BNP Paribas Real Estate.

John Munday, CEO of Colliers UK, said: “It’s an exciting time for our business as we reconfirm our focus on providing clients with access to specialists who really know the demands of their sector. We’ve been building on our team strengths over the last year as we strive to be considered the go-to experts across each asset class, and we’re really excited to welcome James and George today.”

Fairweather added: “I’m really excited to be joining Colliers at this time where they’re building on its success and looking to grow their market share in the industry. The new business model will certainly unlock opportunities across the board and I’m looking forward to enhancing our strategic development, funding and investment advice offer to clients with the expert team already in place.”

Rosso said: “James and I have been adjacent to each other on many deals throughout our careers, so it’s going to be great to be on the same team going forward. The industrial sector has shown its resilience over the last decade and Colliers has been influential in shaping that through our best-in-class sector knowledge and analysis.”
