Colliers has strengthened its project and building consultancy (PBC) team in Scotland with the relocation of director Andy Holtby.
Holtby, who is originally from Scotland, is relocating to the firm’s Edinburgh office this month following 11 years in London. In his new role, he will form part of Colliers’ Scotland PBC team’s leadership group and be responsible for growing market share and providing the full suite of project and building consultancy services to clients.
Colliers recently hired senior surveyor Alan McIntosh and Benji Travis as a graduate surveyor, taking its Scotland team to 10 across the firm’s Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
Holtby said: “I’m thrilled to be returning to Scotland and have become increasingly involved with the team here over the past two years. I am excited to delve in to the Scottish markets, reconnect with peers, friends and family. The team in Scotland has a great reputation and I look forward to collaborating with them to strengthen existing client relationships and to build new ones.”
