Colliers has recruited Paul Davies from CBRE as a director in its project and building consultancy team.
At CBRE, Davies, who has more than 30 years of industry experience, specialised in delivering new build, refurbishment and office fit-out projects for commercial developers, investors and occupiers.
Prior to that, he worked for Turner & Townsend, Faithful & Gould, Gazeley Properties and BAA Lynton.
In his new role, he will be based in London and advise on projects in the capital and across the UK. He will also build on internal collaboration across all UK service lines as well as developing existing and new client relationships within Colliers’ project and building consultancy.
