Logistics and industrial real estate asset manager and developer Coltham has bolstered its team with two new hires.

Mark Snow has joined as senior development director and Ros Pett has joined the business as investment director.

Snow, who has 23 years’ experience in the industrial sector developing schemes for the likes of SEGRO and St Modwen, will assist in acquisition opportunities at Coltham, unlocking sites and delivering developing schemes.

Pett has more than two decades of experience in real estate advisory roles and started her career at Cushman & Wakefield in the business space capital markets team. At Coltham, she will provide underwriting expertise on new opportunities and support ongoing asset management of existing sites as well as ensuring the highest possible environmental standards are met across the company’s assets.

Chris Caiulo, partner at Coltham said: “This is a very important milestone for Cotham. Ros will significantly boost our capabilities in the ever competitive industrial and logistics real estate sector. Ros brings an impressive amount of experience in asset management, investment and ESG. Coltham are delighted both Mark and Ros will be working across our Birmingham and new London office in Fitzrovia”.

Stuart Franks, partner at Coltham, added: “We are delighted Mark has decided to join Coltham. Mark brings significant experience and expertise from his time within the senior management team at St Modwen and running the London development team at SEGRO. Mark has been involved in designing and building best in class urban logistics throughout the UK and he brings invaluable experience to us”.

The new hires follow the announcement last month of the creation of Greenlight – a new mid-box logistics joint venture partnership between Coltham and Delancey.
