Convene has acquired ‘urban day’ conferencing venue provider etc.venues for an undisclosed price.
Founded in 1992, etc.venues has amassed a 450,000 sq ft real estate portfolio spanning 13 UK locations and three in New York, and following the acquisition Convene now has a network of 38 meeting, event and flexible office locations across the US and UK.
