Build-to-rent real estate investment, development and management company Cortland has appointed Jo Green as head of business development.
Prior to joining Cortland, she headed up the business development function at Home Made and before that she led new business functions for a range of organisations across the property sector.
In her new role, Green will be responsible for the strategic growth of Cortland’s third-party management portfolio.
Green said: “This felt like the next natural step for me. I believe in Cortland’s mission to put the resident at the heart of everything it does and create high-quality, inspiring spaces for people to live in. I’m excited to be part of the Cortland family and bring my expertise to the role.”
