Leeds City Council has resolved to approve Scarborough Group International’s (SGI) plans for a major new logistics and advanced manufacturing development at Thorpe Park Leeds.
The Integral scheme, which will be built on a 60-acre site, will be capable of providing up to 596,500 sq ft of high-specification industrial, logistics and advanced manufacturing space suitable for a range of different businesses.
The scheme will be situated on Brown Moor, adjacent to Thorpe Park Leeds and The Springs retail and leisure destination, offering direct access to the M1 motorway.
