Cheltenham Borough Council has put its 68,290 sq ft, Grade II* listed municipal offices up for sale.
The iconic building, which has been home to the council for 100 years, offers the potential for conversion into multiple uses including commercial, office or residential space.
Avison Young has been working on a strategy to bring the building to the market and will work with the council on a period of community engagement prior to the new occupier moving into the property.
