Flexible office provider Cubo has opened a 30,000 sq ft site at M&G Real Estate’s The Lincoln office building on Lincoln Square in Manchester.
It is the brand’s first site in the North West and the first transaction to complete at M&G’s scheme.
Cubo will offer just under 800 desks across two floors at The Lincoln with members benefitting from 24/7 access, use of large communal spaces, private areas, break-out spaces, meeting rooms and kitchens, an inclusive barista service with beer and fizz on tap, plus a programme of free networking events.
The building’s on-site amenity provision includes a wellness room, spin studio, yoga studio and 120 cycle spaces.
Marc Brough, CEO at Cubo, said: “Expanding our footprint across the UK has been an exciting journey, and we’re thrilled that Cubo at The Lincoln is now open and welcoming members. Manchester has long been on our radar. The Lincoln offers a high-end, contemporary look in a prime location with proximity to the city centre and excellent transport links. It also provides our staff with a space that puts their health and wellbeing first. This new workspace continues our rapid expansion and reinforces our commitment to opening in the very best locations across the UK’s core cities.”
Paddy Kennedy from Colliers, who advised Cubo on the deal, added: “I am delighted to bring Cubo to Manchester at The Lincoln. Cubo is a thriving flexible workspace operator that delivers a fitout well suited for modern ways of working and occupier demands, and its occupants will benefit from state-of-the-art amenities, including a gym, bike racks, and showers.”
