Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Nick Spencer as a partner in the company’s national logistics and industrial team.
Spencer joins the company from Frontier Estates where he was a development manager. Earlier in his career, Spencer also held the role of UK operations officer at Panattoni.
At Cushman & Wakefield, he will be based in the company’s Birmingham office and play a key role in supporting the firm’s occupier, developer and investor clients across the region.
David Binks, international partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s UK logistics and industrial team, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Nick to our logistics and industrial team in Birmingham. He will play a vital role in our continued growth across the region, responsible for providing disposal, acquisition and development advice to a wide range of landlords, institutional funds and corporate occupiers.”
