Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Stuart Powlesland from Avison Young as a partner in its UK lease advisory team.
Powlesland joins the firm’s Bristol office after spending 27 years at Avison Young, where he advised a wide range of national clients on their real estate strategy.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Powlesland’s primary focus will be on identifying opportunities to negotiate lease terms that influence both rental and capital values.
Cushman & Wakefield has also appointed Rose Gentle from Avison Young as a senior surveyor. Powlesland and Gentle will work alongside Cushman & Wakefield’s existing team, including partner Tim Davis, Samuel Webb, and Joe Morley, to further strengthen the company’s lease advisory offering across Bristol and the wider South West region.
