Derwent London has made two senior promotions, effective from 2 February.
Philippa Abendanon (pictured), who has been with Derwent London for 14 years and previously served as head of leasing, has been promoted to the newly created role of head of occupier markets.
In her new role, she will lead the delivery of Derwent London’s occupier strategy across its portfolio, overseeing leasing and asset management functions. She will remain a member of the the firm’s executive committee.
Derwent London has promoted Kane Lewis, who has been with the firm for 10 years, to the role of head of leasing with a focus on attracting new occupiers.
