DeSimone Consulting Engineering has appointed Stuart Bosley as managing director of quantum and project advisory of its construction consulting services group.
Bosley has more than 20 years’ global experience in the delivery of major infrastructure programmes, from early engagement through to dispute avoidance and resolution.
