Law firm Davitt Jones Bould (DJB) has hired construction law expert Matthew Needham-Laing to increase the capacity of its construction and engineering team.
Needham-Laing has almost 30 years’ experience as a litigator and transactional lawyer, and 10 years’ experience as a qualified architect, giving him a unique insight into the complexities of construction projects.
Prior to joining DJB, he was a partner at Edwin Coe and head of construction and engineering at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP (UK).
Madeleine Davitt, senior partner at DJB, said: “Matthew brings significant construction law expertise and we’re delighted to welcome him to DJB. As an experienced lawyer who is widely known and well respected in the sector, he is an important addition to our existing team and will greatly expand our capacity to deliver specialist legal advice on construction and engineering projects to our clients.”
