Freshly cooked dog food manufacturer Different Dog has signed for a 40,000 sq ft unit at Redsun Project’s Pioneer Park in Telford.

The company has signed a 10-year lease on the building, which was designed by award-winning architectural firm Fletcher Rae and built by Morris Property.

Charlie Thurston, CEO of Different Dog, said: “The decision was driven by our mission to change dogs’ lives with real food and our excellent new facility enables us to produce the highest quality freshly hand-cooked dog food at a larger scale. The process has been seamless, allowing us to tailor the facility to our specifications.”

Nick Wightman, director at Redsun, added: “This letting highlights the attractiveness of Pioneer Park as a strategic location for companies looking to establish or expand their operations in Telford. Securing Different Dog so quickly after the building became vacant demonstrates the resilience and desirability of this area.”

Richard Bradbury, director at Bulleys Bradbury, which advised Redsun on the letting, said: “We are delighted to have let this unit to Different Dog. The letting was secured very quickly after coming to market emphasising the demand for quality units like these at Pioneer Park.”

Different Dog was represented by Aaron & Partners.
