Two new tenants have signed for space at Weston Industrial Estate in Weston-super-Mare.
MCT Reman has taken Unit 37 and Unit 5 and 6 as a combined space of circa 26,500 sq ft and CSI Manufacturing has taken the circa 9,750 sq ft Unit 2. The estate is now 95% let.
Alex Quicke, senior surveyor in the industrial and logistics team based in CBRE’s Bristol office, which acted for the landlord on the lettings, said: “These deals are a real good news story for the estate and the wider region. The fact we were able secure pre-lets on these units is an encouraging vote of confidence in occupier demand and a testament to the quality of the estate and the refurbishments.
“Each of the newly let units have been extensively refurbished with a focus on improving sustainability, including the addition of LED lighting, insulated steel profile roofs and double-glazed windows, all centered around maximising the energy efficiency of the buildings.”
CBRE is joint agent at Weston Industrial Estate alongside Burston Cook and Stephen & Co.
