Downing has fully let the commercial space at its Square Gardens co-living development on First Street in Manchester following the letting of Unit 6 to a pet lifestyle shop and cafe.
LollipawsClub will offer a wide range of services including professional grooming and styling, a pet bakery, and an immersive cat cafe experience. The site will also offer a range of pet products including cat and dog food, freeze-dried treats and a variety of toys.
Ruby Zhou, founder of LollipawsClub, said: “We are thrilled to be joining the Square Gardens community this autumn.
