Dubai-based developer Binghatti has signed a 10-year lease for a 15,000 sq ft store and showroom at 197-205 Brompton Road in London’s Knightsbridge.
The new concept store will serve as a showcase for Binghatti’s developments and luxury collaborations with brands such as Mercedes, Bugatti and Jacob & Co.
The space will feature retail concessions, showrooms of the company’s residences and a luxury catering offering.
Emma Wills, director, Central London retail at Colliers, which represented the landlord South Kensington Estates on the letting, said: “Binghatti is a leading global developer, and its investment into the London market for this concept store signifies the city’s ongoing appeal to major international businesses. This gateway site, close to Harrods is the perfect location for luxury retail and lifestyle under one roof.
“The store will incorporate homewares, fashion and accessories with showrooms and a café, and is a prime example of a multidimensional retail platform which has the ability to flex and evolve depending on customer demands.”
Colliers and Orme Retail represented the landlord and Rise Ventures acted on behalf of Binghatti.
