A 100,546 sq ft office building in Dublin has been put up for sale by receivers Deloitte Ireland with a guide price of €60m.
The 2 Dublin Landings scheme, which is located in the North Docklands area, was built by Ballymore in 2018.
The building is certified LEED Platinum and BER A3, generates an annual rent of €4,070,626 and has a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) to break of approximately 12.2 years and to expiry of about 13.8 years.
The majority of the space is let to WeWork and the two penthouse floors are currently vacant.
