Freshwater has secured consent for a revised planning application for the Tenter House office scheme at 45 Moorfields in London.
The revised plans are for a part 14-, part 21-storey building that will provide nearly 34,000 sq m (circa 366,000 sq ft) of office space, upgrades to Citypoint Plaza and generous retail and community space at ground level. The planning consent improves on a 2020 permission, which did not include the Citypoint Plaza improvements.
Freshwater said that the new building, designed by David Walker Architects, would be “more elegant” than previous designs, with the height reduced at Moor Lane.
The company aims to deliver the improvements to the plaza by November 2025 and complete the new Tenter House building by the end of 2028.
