Specialist education recruitment agency Dovetail & Slate has signed for 8,200 sq ft at Legal & General’s Aztec West business park in Bristol.
The business, which is part of the wider Talentia Group, had outgrown its current premises in north Bristol.
The 740 Aztec West building was totally overhauled when it was purchased 10 years ago and it is due to be upgraded to include a new reception area, additional cycle parking and works to the shower, WC and locker provisions.
A couple of suites are still available to let at the building, which has EPC A and BREEAM Very Good ratings.
Hannah Waterhouse, office agency director at JLL in Bristol, which alongside Knight Frank acted for the landlord on the letting, said: “This latest letting represents the ongoing flight to quality that we’re seeing from occupiers, who are continuing to recognise the value business parks can offer, particularly from a cost and benefit point of view when comparing to the city centre. L&G is a landlord committed to bringing about this sustainable change and is very focused on building improvement.
