BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its offer across the Midlands by appointing Martin Cook as senior director in its lease advisory team.
Cook, who has almost 35 years’ experience in commercial property, joins from KWB Commercial Property Specialists where he advised a wide range of occupiers and landlords. He specialises in rent reviews, lease renewals, lease breaks and re-gearing.
In his new role, Cook will be based in the firm’s Birmingham office and will provide strategic landlord and tenant advice with a focus on driving value through proactive lease management.
