Kennet Properties has put the freehold of a 10.28-acre industrial and logistics development site at Innova Park in Enfield up for sale.

The site, which is located 1.3 miles from junction 25 of the M25, is earmarked for employment-led development in Enfield’s draft local plan and offers the capacity for more than 128,000 sq ft of floorspace with buildings of up to 39m in height permissible.

Potential uses include light industrial, general industrial and distribution facilities and the site offers the scope for innovative, stacked industrial design.

Ben Le Coq, partner in the national commercial development team at Carter Jonas, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “This site represents an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality industrial space in one of London’s most strategically important employment zones. With exceptional transport links, a supportive planning context, and strong neighbouring occupiers, Innova Park is ideal for developers and end-users looking to invest in the future of North London industry.”
