Europa Capital has appointed Gwendal Kalkofen to the newly created role of head of real estate finance.
Gwendal, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the real estate sector, joins Europa from Tristan Capital Partners where he spent the last couple of years as managing director overseeing debt and fund finance. Prior to that he was head of real estate finance at Cromwell Property Group.
He will be based in the company’s London office and primarily be responsible for sourcing, executing and managing debt financing for Europa Capital’s real estate investments in Europe.
