Pan-European real estate investment business Europa has appointed Stefano Zucca Marmo as managing director, head of operations.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in real estate finance and joins Europa from Precede Capital Partners where he held the position of chief financial officer. In the past, he also held roles at PATRIZIA and at JLL.
In his new role, Zucca Marmo will be responsible for maximising operational effectiveness and efficiency across the business, including fund operations, fund accounting, tax, real estate finance and IT.

Stefano’s extensive experience in real estate finance and operations will stand him in good stead as he partners with senior management to develop our long-term operational plans. This will ultimately support the delivery of our investment approach to seek mispriced risk.”
