Luxury women’s fashion designer Solace London has leased the iconic 5,000 sq ft former Browns East building at 7-9 Old Nichol Street, in Shoreditch, east London.
The two-storey building, which is owned by a private landlord, has previously been home to Browns and Sonos. Solace London has taken a 10-year lease at a rent of £300,000 per annum.
Oli Cohen, a director at the building’s letting agent BELCOR, said: “We had a number of interested parties for these premises which demonstrates the demand for quality character buildings in Shoreditch. After a short marketing process we selected Solace London as the occupier who we feel will do justice to this special building.”
